**Street Patrol Community Safety Officer**

**Location**: Stratford upon Avon (In-person)

**Job Type**: Full time, 40 hours over 5 days a week doing 8 hour shifts
**Pay**: £28,000

**Shifts Available for Cover**:
The schedule for Stratford-upon-Avon is 5 on 2 off which does cover some weekends.

Are you passionate about community safety, reducing crime, and making a real difference? My Local Bobby LTD is seeking dedicated individuals to join our Stratford-upon-Avon team as **Street Patrol Community Safety Officer**on a full time basis

This is a rewarding role for someone seeking occasional work and is ideal for those with other commitments looking to support safer neighbourhoods.

**What You’ll Do**

As a Community Safety Officer, you will:

- Be a visible, trusted presence within the local community.
- Build relationships with residents and local stakeholders to tackle anti-social behaviour and safety concerns.
- Respond to incidents when required and liaise with police or other partners.
- Gather community intelligence and provide reassurance to members of the public.
- Support the community through engagement, empathy, and problem-solving.

**About You**
- A confident communicator with a genuine interest in public service.
- Reliable, proactive, and professional in your conduct.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Calm under pressure and committed to keeping communities safe.

**Requirements**:

- **Valid SIA Frontline License**:

- **First Aid Certification**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a security-related role (preferred)

**Desirable**
- **Full UK Driving License**:

- **First Aid Certification**
