We are looking for a highly skilled SIA Licensed Nightshift Security Officer in Stratford‑Upon‑Avon to provide a secure and safe environment for all staff & visitors on site. You will work 42hrs per week, 4on/4off Nightshift (1800‑0600). Your duties will include thorough access control procedures, site inductions, planned & ad‑hoc patrols and more. A valid SIA Front‑Line Licence – essential. A Full UK Manual Driving Licence – essential. Confidence and ability to establish and maintain good and effective working relationships at all levels. Ability to work to deadlines, multitask and work under pressure. Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Software Packages (e.g. Excel). Able to achieve vetting to BS7858 Standards. What are you going to do: Maintain overall surveillance of the site, carrying out regular patrols and recording these as per Corps and customer requirements. Ensure all visitors and contractors to site are correctly briefed, sign in and out. Record the entry and exit of delivery whilst on site, including processing paperwork in line with site quality procedures. Carry out patrols to the correct standards. Set and unset primary and secondary alarm security systems for out of hours security provision if applicable. Comply with site waste management procedures. Complete documents such as daily occurrence log, shift handover, incident/accident records and any site‑specific reports. Maintain your own training records via Corps Colleague Portal, ensuring first aid and fire marshal training are up to date. Continuously apply SIA skills, maintaining a high level of professionalism and displaying your SIA licence at all times. Perform ad hoc duties as directed.
