**Are you a seasoned Principal Recruitment Consultant?**

To make that happen, we’re hiring. We’re always looking for great Recruitment Consultants but for this role we’re looking for a Recruitment Pro. Experience as a 360 HR Recruitment Consultant or a 360 Finance Recruitment Consultant is a must.

We’re part of RGF Staffing UK (who is owned by the 4th biggest Staffing firm in the world), so our innovation plans have strong backing.

But, we’ve also got the agility of a start-up business. There’s no red-tape to good ideas; we welcome people with big ideas and bold ambition.
- Lead business development activity for your desk approaching clients for the first time or by working with clients to expand our scope of service.
- Provide outstanding customer service to all stakeholders and role model great recruitment practices.
- Working with C Suite stakeholders to fill the critical roles in their team.
- Keep clients informed about current market trends and cross-sell our other amazing services and products.

We’ve found that hybrid working best suits our colleagues. From Monday to Wednesday, you’ll find us in our Sale (Greater Manchester) office, and on Thursday and Friday, we work from home.

However, our office is open Monday to Friday if you need it.

**Salary**: £39,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
