**Principal Recruitment Consultant / Team Leader - Petrochemicals**

**Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 Basic Salary (DoE), £100,000 OTE, plus Car Allowance & Executive Level Benefits**

Elite Global Talent Rec2Rec, a renowned recruitment to recruitment consultancy, has a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and experienced Principal Recruitment Consultant to lead the Petrochemical Team in the UK & Europe, from the Manchester office. The Petrochemical Recruitment Team has expertise in Bulk Chemicals (Petrochemicals / Hydrocarbons), Speciality (Fine Chemicals), and Circular Economy, including chemical and mechanical recycling.

**The Role**:
**The Person**:
You must possess 4+ years' experience in Petrochemical recruitment or associated sectors, either in permanent direct hire or executive search, with exceptional communication and influencing skills. You must demonstrate consistent year-on-year billings, possess strong business development acumen, exhibit leadership attributes, and have experience managing a team of at least one individual.
