We are pleased to be working with an eCom giant currently driving over £1b in online sales who now need a heavy hitting Head of Digital Trading / Head of Ecommerce to join the team to Drive & develop the strategy for their UK and IE websites ensuring theymeet revenue and digital participation targets. You’ll currently be in a similar role as a Snr Digital Trading Manager / Senior eCommerce Trading Manager with experience of running a team of Digital Trading Manager’s and Trading Executives.

As the Head of Online Trading you’ll be accountable for total sales and margins from all websites (UK and IE) and to strive to achieve maximum conversion of any visitor to the website to purchase. You’ll be responsible for day-to-day UK / IE website performanceand monitoring. To identify trends, foresee potential problems and viable solutions in relation to web channels, making appropriate recommendations and developing action plans. To constantly strive to analyse and assess web transactional performance and identifyfeasible options for future online sales channel development.

As the Head of Digital Trading the role will require collaborative and cross functional working, to manage stakeholders and leverage business resources to continuously deliver sales and growth through a competitive and customer centric digital proposition.
