**What’s the Job?**

The core purpose of our Office Administrator role is to operate as the front-of-house for our offices. You will be positioned on our reception desk, as the first contact for any clients coming on-site, or calling the office.

Alongside this, you will be involved in administrative duties within the business, from postal management, client database management, bookkeeping, to social media scheduling.

**Responsibilities**
- To support the day-to-day running of the business. This includes maintaining a professional setting, ensuring meeting rooms and communal areas are always of the highest standard, meeting and greeting clients, preparing refreshments etc.
- Support the team with administrative duties such as photocopying, mail sorting, updating our client database and taking care of confidential information.
- Scheduling of social media content directed by our management team.

**Skills, Quals. & Experience**
- You will need to have English & Maths GCSEs A-C/9-4 as a minimum. Some form of higher education is preferable but not essential.
- No experience is required for this role.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders throughout the business.
- Adaptable and flexible to deal with changing priorities and deadlines.
- Confident to work with clients and develop key relationships internally and externally.
- Be able to work as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills.

**What's on Offer?**

The Pay Package:

- Basic Salary £24,840 depending on experience and qualification.
- Employer Pension: 5% of salary above £6,240 (employee matched, salary sacrifice).
- Overtime: Paid at “total salary” rate. Treated as pensionable earnings.

Working Arrangements:

- The role is full-time, 37.50 hours full working week (09:00 to 17:00 Mon to Fri, with 30 minutes break).
- 28 days annual leave + bank holidays.

Learning & Development:

- All qualifications, exams & subscriptions paid for.
- Structured CPD plan each year.
- Quarterly 1-2-1s for Personal Development.

The Office:

- A brand-new, custom designed office in Laceby.
- Fully decked kitchens & Refresh Room (inc. pool table).
