**Bodyshop Advisor/ Receptionist**

**Grimsby**

Our client is a leading automotive dealer group who has sites all over the UK and represent a well-respected global brand.

**Bodyshop Advisor/Receptionist Roles & Responsibilities**
- Greet all dealership visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist with queries and passing to the relevant department or team member
- Take phone calls and respond to queries as appropriate, transferring to the correct individual or team
- Provide refreshments for dealership visitors and ensure the seating and refreshment area is tidy and fully stocked
- Deal with incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Assist with administrative tasks as require
- You will have extensive customer facing experience, be able to deal with customers face to face and over the phone.
- You will be able to deal with customers bookings, meet and greet customers coming in and able to deliver the highest level of customer service.
- Ideally will have experience in an Automotive setting (bodyshop advisor, service advisors, dealership reception)
- You must hold a full UK licence.

**What's on offer**
- £24,000 - £26,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday 8am to 5.30pm (45-hour week)
- One in three Saturday's 8am - 1:00pm
