We have a new and exciting role available throughout our Caerphilly Supported Housing services. We are looking to recruit a Project Worker to work across three of our services: Maes Y Derwen, Idis Davies & Tŷ Croeso

**Contract**:full-time 37hr perm
**Salary**:£22,898.00 + £34.54 for Sleep-ins
**Location**:Caerphilly (Nelson, Newbrige & Rhymney)
You will be working with a diverse group of people from varying backgrounds, some of whom may have experienced trauma and complex needs. Your role would be working with our clients to teach tenancy management skills and provide any other housing related support they may require.
**Day to Day Duties**:
As a Project Worker you will lead each shift by managing the scheme and overseeing the Scheme Support Officers.
**Your day will consist of**:
- Engaging and interacting with the people we support
- Writing and following a support plan with the individual you are supporting
- Delivering workshops relating to tenancy management and health and wellbeing
- Liaising with external agencies
- Supporting with external appointments to GPs and job centres
- Organising and participating in activities and day trips
- Dealing with any conflict that arises
- Addressing any additional needs, the people we support might have
