**The Opportunity**:
Are you an experienced Grounds Maintenance Operative? Our client is seeking a dedicated Ground Maintenance Operative to join their team. As a Grounds Maintenance Operative, you'll play a key role in ensuring our clients’ contracts run smoothly and successfully.

**As a Grounds Maintenance Operative your responsibilities will include the following**:

- Mowing lawns, trimming edges, and maintaining grass areas to ensure they are neat and well-presented.
- Pruning trees, shrubs, and bushes to maintain their health and appearance.
- Planting flowers, trees, and other greenery as directed by supervisors.
- Watering plants, lawns, and other green spaces as needed.
- Identifying and removing weeds from flowerbeds, pathways, and other areas.
- Reporting any equipment malfunctions or damage to supervisors for repair or replacement.
- Adhering to safety protocols and procedures to ensure personal safety and the safety of others.
- Using personal protective equipment (PPE) as required when handling chemicals or operating equipment.

**We are looking for a Grounds Maintenance Operative who has the following skills and qualifications**:

- Full UK Driver’s License is not essential but is preferred
- NVQ is Preferred
- Experience in Landscaping and Grounds Maintenance
- CSCS card is Essential

**The Offer**:

- £14.55 Hourly rate

**Salary**: £14.00-£14.55 per hour

Expected hours: 45 per week
