Brown&Co’s Lincoln Commercial Department are looking for a self motivated and enthusiastic Full Time property administrator/assistant to develop their expanding property management department. Previous experience in property would be beneficial but not essential.
The successful applicant would be responsible for developing and maintaining systems for the property management department. The successful applicant would be involved with contractors works orders, dealing with health and safety and inspection reports and providing general assistance to the commercial team.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversees and/or coordinates maintenance/repair work assignments performed by contractors.
- Responds to client inquires and ensures timely and quality service delivery at all levels.
- Performs facilities inspections and prepares reports.
- May coordinate and manage existing and new Tenant changes.
- Assists in the preparation of operating and capital budgets.
- Reviews periodic reports including financials.
The applicant will need access to a vehicle as they will be required on occasions to visit sites to undertake inspections and assist with general property related matters.
**Salary**: £23,000.00 per year
