The Croft is a community based residential care home is situated in Amersham. We provide a diverse range of care and support services for our residents.

The Croft provides a supportive, compassionate, friendly, and welcoming home away from home environment with regular and varied activities. Outings and events are also regularly organised.

**About our Night Care Assistant role:

We are looking for Night Care Assistants who are passionate about making a difference to our resident’s quality of life.

**Our Night Care Assistant duties will consist of:
- To be able to work flexibly over a 24/7, 365 days a year basis, according to the demands of the service.
- You will be required to assist housekeeping staff with keeping communal areas clean and odour free for residents’ better quality of life
- To fulfil a range of personal care tasks as well as other care work for both male and female service users with various physical and emotional needs.
- You will be assisting with simple food preparation on the suites and serve all meals to the service users.
- You will be assisting service users in participating in activities both within the Home and outside as well as escorting them to appointments outside of the community.
