**We are looking for an experienced female carer who is happy to work night shifts of 8.00pm to 8.00am in a live-in capacity to support a female client. You will need to have experience in moving and handling, specifically hoisting. We are looking for someone who works well in a team with a second live-in carer who supports the client during the day, and be flexible to support in the mornings if required. You will need to be able to commit to working between 4 weeks and 8 weeks at a time.**

We feel it is important to reward and support our team, and we have developed a friendly and nurturing working environment. You will have a dedicated care manager and the office team are always there at the end of the phone or when you visit the office. We want to help you progress in your role if you wish to and can support you to undertake higher learning and NVQs.

**As a live-in carer, you will**:

- Provide person-centred bespoke care to clients, allowing them to continue to live safely in their own homes.
- Live alongside the client you are supporting in their home.
- Providing reassurance and emotional support through companionship.
- Undertake induction training and continuing professional development.
- Work with your colleagues and external agencies to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
- Support with administration of medication/medicated creams.
- Support clients with all aspects of personal care whilst maintaining dignity and promoting the client’s independence.
- Encouraging the client's fluid intake throughout the night.
- Provide housekeeping support as required.
