1st line Support Analyst £25-28k London Bridge Successful, expanding and innovative data agency based near London Bridge is looking to recruit an experienced 1st Line Support Analyst to join their team An office-based position to suit someone who is organised, dedicated, and not scared to get stuck in. You will be outgoing, approachable and build a fantastic rapport with your colleagues to help them overcome all kinds of technical issues they might be experiencing. You will be able to log, identify and fix issues, whilst keeping the end-user informed ofyour progress. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** - Technically self-sufficient with a broad base level of knowledge across many technology fields and provide all 1st and some 2nd line support functions for routine support issues. - Assist the Network Administrator in 2nd/3rd line support and technical troubleshooting of complex problems. - To actively develop skills and receive development advice, training and mentoring from more senior staff. - To be responsible for developing their technical skills in each area of technology and the business - Monitor, prioritise and resolve the incoming support calls from staff, liaising with internal departments and suppliers as required - Complete regular IT "Business as usual" (BAU) operations and checks such as backups, security checks, vulnerability, and update checks, and other reactive or proactive support and maintenance tasks necessary to ensure stability, security and performanceof the infrastructure - Ensure all documentation is created and kept UpToDate with any changes. - Ensure the digital security and safety of employees, clients, systems, and data at all times - Responsible for the security updates for end-user devices and assist in server patching About you: - Experience in a 1st line support role. - Microsoft platform knowledge of Windows 10, Office 365 inc SharePoint along with good hardware knowledge and troubleshooting skills are essential. - Microsoft Server Technologies along with the supporting systems (IIS, AD, Group Policy DHCP and DNS) and desktop technologies. - Networking knowledge - PowerShell knowledge - Support of MS Office Suite - Good communicator - Clear troubleshooting methodology **Benefits**: - Company socials and charity focused activities - 25 days annual leave per annum - Peoples Pension contribution - Profit related company bonus scheme - One4All card - Childcare vouchers - Ride to Work Scheme Office Angels acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
