**HR & People - Advisor / Executive**

**Who are we?**

We are Flowd.

We work with some of the world's most exciting brands and have big aspirations to become a leader in our space. We have an international team of 19 based across Manchester and Europe and are expanding our service fast around the world. We are now looking for an HR & People Advisor/ Executive to help implement a high performing culture.

You will be based out of our vibrant Manchester City centre office and work closely with the leadership and management team.

**About you?**

You will have 2-3 years experience working within a HR/People role. Have a passion for HR and people management, with a knowledge of employment law. Drive the company's high performing culture. Build relationships quickly, with the confidence to challenge where necessary.

**Job duties**:

- Work closely with the leadership and management team
- Drive and lead a high-performing company culture
- Source, attract and secure the best talent for UK job openings
- Handle the full employee cycle from onboarding to exit interviews
- Develop and maintain all HR processes and procedures such as review points of probation periods, performance and development plans
- Provide employment law advice to Managers as required
- Provide continual mentoring, support and coaching for Managers in handling employment relation matters, including the implementation and maintenance of ongoing performance reviews and 1:1 meetings
- Providing advice and support to employees to help them understand our policies
- Develop and maintain all HR-related policies, practices and processes ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
- Manage the Manchester office including H&S and Insurance policies
- Arrange all company events, manage and plan the social calendar
- Book all company-related travel

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
