This is a hybrid working role which offers 2 days working from home and 3 days in the office.
The experience we need.
- 3+ years of Product Manager experience
- Proven track record of delivering data driven solutions with a customer-first mindset
- Experience using Google Analytics for both reporting purposes and to understand overall performance of website, highlighting areas of opportunity
- Good understanding of SQL, plus experience in using data visualisation tools such as PowerBI needed to bring data to life for the business
- Experience of using web metrics and reporting tools to drive content, design and IA.
- Experience implementing paid and/or organic campaigns which drive acquisition
The role.
As the sucessful Product Manager, you will own delivery of the e-commerce operational business plans and influence the development of e-commerce strategy across the business. You'll be responsible for customers going through the booking journey, ensuring optimisedconversion from the website through to order completion. You'll play a critical role in driving the evolution and the success of digital products, app/websites and experiences to ensure the successful attraction, engagement and retention. You'll also workto plan a major overhaul of data, systems and websites to deliver a compelling customer experience.
