Black Sheep are looking for talented **B2B** **sales** professionals to join our fast-growing flock We are looking for experienced Sales Agents that can operate pro-actively, identify opportunities and present our range of services to prospective clients. As an **experienced sales agent**, you’ll play a key role in identifying and generating new business opportunities for Black Sheep. You will be able to manage the sales process from start to finish. (Prospecting, client acquisition, closing, as well as upholding meticulous admin on your records). In return for being _**‘outstanding in your field’**_ you will be rewarded with all sorts of goodiesbecause if you are an experienced salesperson, you are already dreaming of what you’re going to spend your commission on aren’t you

The role itself is relatively simple adopting a script driven proven sales approach, you will be providing customers with information on a range of utility contracts. We provide all the tools and training you need to succeed, sounds easy right???

- Experienced, with significant previous B2B/B2C scripted outbound telesales roles.
- Target driven, self-motivated and hungry to exceed your KPI’s and to earn commission.
- Resilient, able to work under pressure and be open to regular, constructive feedback.
- Enthusiastic about sales and able to maintain high standards and a positive attitude throughout the day.
- Able to read the script (word for word), authentically striving for perfection on every call.

**Required Skills and Attributes**:

- Someone who has significant B2B sales experience.
- A current/proven track record of scripted cold calling researching and generating leads, preferably in a regulated environment.
- A natural salesperson and self-starter with a proven ability to build sales pipeline & maintain CRM database.
- Hold a high degree of computer literacy.
- Impeccable communication skills.
