Estate Agent Sales Negotiator – Hyman Hill Join to apply for the Estate Agent Sales Negotiator role at Hyman Hill. We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic and experienced Estate Agent to join our busy and highly successful branch in Southwick, West Sussex as a Sales Negotiator. The successful applicant will be a great communicator and driven to succeed, with the ability to work as part of a team and on their own initiative. Utilizing the latest technology, the role involves creating, arranging and attending viewings, applicant management and administration, negotiating offers and progressing sales to a successful completion. Ideal Candidate Will Have previous Estate Agency experience Be target driven and tenacious, with a proven track record of achievement Book valuations with all efforts in securing instructions for a good first impression Provide honest, reliable & professional advice to potential Vendors & Buyers Create media materials and release properties to the market Register Applicants and attend viewings Provide post viewing feedback to vendors Progress sales through to a successful completion Provide contributions for canvassing material & distribute Be motivated and enthusiastic at all times Be well spoken and presented Have good organisational skills Have excellent verbal and written communication skills Be IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems) Have a full, clean driving licence Have the legal right to work in the UK In Return, You Can Expect To Receive A full training program covering all aspects of the company Uncapped commission opportunities with bonus incentives Continuous exciting career and personal development opportunities Attend company events Increasing holiday entitlement from 2 years of service Company pension scheme Be employed by the area’s most successful agent £25,000 - £30,000 salary Company car Job Details Job type: Full-time, Permanent Schedule: Monday to Friday, one Saturday per month with a day off in lieu Location: In person, Southwick, West Sussex Benefits Company events Company pension Licence / Certification Driving Licence (preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr
