Our client has glorious offices in West London. They have a good hybrid working model with you ideally visiting the office 3 times a month, but there can be more flexibility than this depending on where you may be located in the UK.

This is an opportunity to join one of London's fastest-growing FinTechs on an exciting greenfield project. They are self-revenue generating but have also received £165 million in Series D funding recently. This is due to their exponential growth over the last three years, and they are now looking for a DevSecOps Tech Lead to help launch and run their new security tool-chain.

You will be responsible for leading the design, development and operations of their security tooling that is integrated into their SDLC. Once settled, you will be building and leading a small agile engineering team.

**Responsibilities**:

- You will develop, integrate, and evolve their new dev-facing security tooling
- Ensure that everyone takes ownership of the security standards and practices of their code- Provide code level security guidance
- Review code for security vulnerabilities
- Oversee continuous code audits
- Close involvement in all projects amongst the teams
- Take architectural ownership of systems from a security perspective
- Training and development of your team and others to deliver quality code and tools

- Worked with or led a modern agile team that has implemented DevOps process.
