ERMORSIORE, a dynamic and growing company based in Manchester, is seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Front Desk Management**: Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression of the company.
- **Telephone Handling**: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing accurate information and assistance to callers.
- **Appointment Scheduling**: Manage and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- **Administrative Support**: Perform general administrative duties, including filing, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies.
- **Mail Handling**: Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
- **Visitor Assistance**: Assist visitors with directions and any inquiries they may have, ensuring they feel comfortable and attended to.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain and update visitor logs and contact information.
- **Security Compliance**: Follow security procedures to ensure the safety and confidentiality of company information and visitor access.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
