The Acute Divisional Team are look for an experienced Personal Assistant to provide a high quality, professional and confidential service to the Divisional Director and Director of Nursing for the Acute Division. A proven track record of working at the level of a Personal Assistant/ Senior Secretary or equivalent is essential.

You will be expected to prioritise workload and meet deadlines and must have strong IT skills and familiar with Microsoft Office. Good written and interpersonal skills are essential.
- To provide comprehensive and confidential secretarial and administrative support to

the Triumvirate and Senior Divisional Management Team, including maintaining diaries, arranging meetings/ conferences and taking minutes.
- To co-ordinate all divisional meetings, request and collate the necessary documentation submitted by attendees.
- To act as first point of contact for the Triumvirate and Senior Team to support a high quality responsive service.
