Are you looking to enter the world of orthopaedic and medical sales? Have you previously worked as a nurse, ODP or healthcare assistant? Our client, a rapidly growing orthopaedic medical device business, is searching for a Clinical Sales Support Associateto join their team across the South Coast.

Our client is a rapidly growing orthopaedic medical device business with an innovative platform for robotically assisted joint replacement surgery. Their world-leading technologies offer clinically proven hip and knee solutions and enable surgeons to performprocedures on their patients with extremely high accuracy and improved recovery rates.

**The role**

As a Clinical Sales Support Associate, you will be responsible for assisting surgeons in and out of the theatre with our clients’ portfolio of implants, instruments, and orthopaedic technologies.
- Other responsibilities include_
- Dealing with any product and theatre queries
- Assisting with any implant and instrument queries during operations
- Maintaining and supporting existing technology customers
- Maintaining a high level of awareness of legal, medical, and changing practices
- Supporting the Sales team to cover clinical sales cases
- Regularly auditing all our clients’ stock within the hospital or medical centre
- Adhering to hospital standards and procedures
- Gaining expert knowledge of our client’s product portfolio and their competitors

**The requirements**
- We are looking for someone who has a medical background and who is keen to develop their knowledge and skills further, as well as_
- A degree in biomedical or life science would be highly beneficial
- Experience working within an orthopaedic, theatre or clinical environment
- Comfortable working in a theatre environment
- Strong team ethic, collaborative and engaging
- Excellent customer service skills
- Results orientated, self-motivated and strong problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent English communication skills
- A full and clean Driving Licence to cover your territory and access to your own transport
- This role is field-based, and you’ll cover the South Coast territory including Bath, Wiltshire, Dorset, Hampshire, Surrey, and West Sussex. _
