Clinical Negligence SolicitorJob Ref: 215302112Location: BathSalary: £65,000 + depending on experiencePQE: 5+ YearsWorking Pattern: Office-based (Bath) with 1 day working from home after successful completion of probationSupport: Full Secretarial Support The Role An established and highly regarded law firm based in Bath is seeking an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join its busy claimant Clinical Negligence team. The role has arisen due to a sustained increase in workload and offers the opportunity to act exclusively for claimants, representing individuals and families in complex, high-value clinical negligence claims. The successful candidate will manage a varied claimant caseload from inception through to conclusion, including cases involving birth injuries, misdiagnosis, surgical errors, and fatal claims, working closely with clients to provide a compassionate, thorough, and strategic service. Full secretarial support is provided, allowing solicitors to focus on case progression and client care. Caseload Birth Injury claims, including Third & Fourth Degree Tears Cancer Misdiagnosis and delayed diagnosis cases Brain Injury and Stroke claims Surgical Errors, including bile duct injuries and cholecystectomy claims Cauda Equina Syndrome and spinal injury claims Wrongful Diagnosis and delayed treatment matters Fatal Clinical Negligence claims Candidate Requirements Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE in claimant clinical negligence Proven experience managing claimant matters independently Strong client care skills with an empathetic and professional approach Excellent drafting, negotiation, and case management abilitiesAbility to manage a busy caseload efficiently The Firm Offers Competitive salary Claimant-only clinical negligence work Full secretarial support Office-based role in Bath 1 day working from home after probation eNL will never share your CV with a third party without your express permission.
