Property Maintenance Supervisor

**The Role**
We've an exciting opportunity to join our In-house Maintenance Team as a Property Maintenance Supervisor. Always with the customer in mind, you’ll work with colleagues across our organisation to ensure a seamless first-class responsive repairs service that is contractually compliant, timely, cost effective and safe - always striving to continuously improve our service to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities would include, but wouldn’t be limited to:
- Supporting and mentoring our Trade Apprentices as they build the skills, knowledge and experience needed to achieve qualified Multi-trade Operative or Electrician status.
- The effective management of a multi-disciplined team of Trade Operatives, Contractors and self-employed operatives - covering responsive repairs, disrepair, FRA actions, aids and adaptations and special projects across the Midlands region.
- Ensuring that our homes remain places that our customers are proud to call home - frequently inspecting works to ensure their carried out to a high-standard.
