**What will you be doing?**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Cylinder Plant Supervisor to join our team in Wednesbury. In this role, you’ll be providing leadership and direction to the cylinder filling team. Responsibilities include:

- Operating the cylinder filling plant in alignment with site work instructions
- Ensuring all team members are regularly trained upon any risk or safety concerns
- Supervising a team of 5 plant operatives daily
- Controlling all aspects of the cylinder life cycle to current legal standards
- Communicating with network sites on a regular basis relating to orders, asset and stock control
- Liaising with site management and providing production plans
- Ensuring the cylinder storage area is well organised at all times

**What are the hours?**

42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Working hours can vary between 5am and 7pm.

**What are we looking for?**
- Recent experience of using a fork lift truck (including licence)
- A strong track record of successfully managing a team
- Confidence using computer systems including the MS Office package
- Excellent communication skills
- Great planning and organisation skills
- A collaborative approach to team work
