We are looking for an organised and conscientious Quality Assurance professional with excellent communication skills to undertake compliance monitoring. You’ll preform investment qualitative reviews to ensure we adhere to all internal and regulated processes and procedures, maintaining accurate records of file sampling activity. With a meticulous approach, you will perform deep dive analysis to identify weaknesses in our processes and conduct root cause analysis, providing detailed feedback and highlighting solutions. You will validate all impact data relating to investment activity and maintain accurate reporting to the investment team and will be expected to perform physical reconciliation of security documents with respect to evidencing CASS reporting. You will maintain a central Policy Register for the Group and provide a centre of excellence for managing enquiries from investment colleagues relating to a variety of procedures including AML, Customer Due Diligence and the Complaint Process. You’ll be responsible for developing and delivering training and engaging in operational projects with investment staff, the technical team and central services staff and ensuring that operational aspects of the investment process are effectively communicated and incorporated into project work.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual with the ability and drive to complete work accurately and maintain reports for the Group. Articulate and logical, you will have an innovate approach to think ‘outside the box’ and present solutions to identified problems. You’ll have a good understanding of risk management within the financial sector and will be accustomed to working in a regulated environment. You will thrive under pressure and meet deadlines, organising your own workload to meet priorities, whilst ensuring that all work is completed to a consistently high standard.
