Together is working in partnership with St Martins and Change Grow Live to provide this new service which is part of an exciting 2 year pilot, delivering specialist D&A Housing related support across Norfolk, a dynamic service providing support to individuals with severe and enduring mental health needs.

We are looking for highly motivated, self-starting and imaginative individuals with great leadership and collaboration skills, with a can-do attitude and the motivation to change and enhance the service during this exciting period. These are key roles for the project, ensuring the service reaches a diverse range of people and delivers safe and high quality support at all times.

You will promote a culture of inclusion and act as a champion for service user leadership, encouraging those using the service to direct their own support and contribute to shaping the way the service is run.

Outcomes-focused and experienced in supporting a diverse caseload, you will ensure the efficient running of the service in line with Together’s ethos and policies.
