Our core values - Be open be compassionate and be bold - guide us daily as we help people reshape their lives grow as individuals and embrace life to the fullest.Exciting Opportunity: Non-Dependent Recovery Coordinator in Norwich.Are you experienced skilled and passionate about making a meaningful difference We are recruiting for aNon-DependentRecovery Coordinator to join our Norwich service to engage and assess our service users ensuring they receive timely personalised interventions that cater to their unique needs.Where: Norwich NorfolkFull Time Hours:37.5 per weekFull time Salary Range:27861.26 - 32002.35 (based on full time hours pro rata for part time hours)Contract: Permanent*Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.ResponsibilitiesAbout the role:Supporting service users from point of entry into the service and through their treatment/recovery journeyProvidingscreening assessment and recovery planning and onward referralDelivering a non-depdendent group work programmeReducing drug and alcohol related harm to service users and the wider communityPromoting carer service user and community involvementProvidingadvocacy for access to partnership servicesWorking with service users to support social (re)integration enabling them to lead meaningful and purposeful lives: promoting recovery resilience peer support andself-determinationTaking part in a duty rota which covers all walk in enquiriesProviding Service Users with 1:1 psychosocial supportAbout you:Have a strong understandingof substance misuse issues and experience of working within a similar fieldBe an excellent communicator both verbal and writtenwith good IT skillsProactiveand able to work on own initiativewith excellent time management and prioritising skillsHave a good working knowledgeof mental health interventionsservicesand good practiceBe a supportive team player with strong interpersonal skillswith the ability to work in partnership with a wide range of professionalsagenciesand internal/external stakeholdersAbility to manage change successfully in a way that prioritises the needs of service usersUnderstand the importance of information governance processes and commit to follow and apply all necessary safeguardsSeek out learning opportunities to improve and broaden your professionalknowledge and skills and to contribute and oversee the learning and development of othersWhat we will give to you:25 days holiday ( bank holidays) rising by 1 day for each years serviceCapped at 30 daysPaid Wellness hour each week along with a Wellness huband Employee Assist ProgrammeContributory pension schemeSeveralbenefits incl. discounts for shopping cinema holidays etc.A friendly and supportive teamTraining career development & progression opportunitiesRefer a friend scheme and receive vouchers if candidate is successful.Please ensure that when completing your application form and supporting statement you reflect on the details outlined in the job description.
