**THE ROLE**
- Identify and generate new business lead and cross-sale opportunities
- Develop relationships with new and existing clients
- Utilise existing knowledge and expertise, providing technical advice where required
- Negotiate with insurers on best policy terms for clients
- Maintain company standards in quality of solutions provided to clients, in line with FCA requirements
- Contribute to and support the overall company growth

**SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS**
- 5+ Years of Commercial Insurance experience
- Passionate and highly driven to be successful
- Proven success and progression within previous roles
- Ability to take ownership of own workload and responsibilities
- Knowledge of commercial market and industry network
- Strong communication, negotiation and networking skills with prospective and existing clients and insurers
- Previous customer service and relationship management experience
- Resilience when dealing with problems and challenges
- Experience in using Acturis - Desirable
- Cert CII - Desirable

Working Hours: 08:30 - 17:00

**Salary**: £38,000.00-£48,000.00 per year
