**Compliance Administrator - Full or Part Time - Permanent**
Our client is looking to recruit a forward thinking, financially and commercially minded Compliance Administrator to join their Compliance and Contracts team at their Head of Office in Grimsby.
**Purpose of the Compliance Administrator Role**:
To provide effective processing of documentation to ensure compliance with funding and finance requirements.
**The Compliance Administrator Responsibilities**:
- Undertake input of timely and accurate data and/or documentation to meet compliance with contract and funding requirements, ensuring all records are checked for accuracy and updated on the management information system
- Ensure submission of data to funding body to enable payment of income
- Undertake audits of documentation to ensure compliance with contract and funding requirements
- Support the Head of Compliance and Contracts with the management of all contracts and associated processes
- Ensure effective co-ordination of contracting process and contracts administration
- Maintain accurate and auditable records, including financial controls, ensuring contract and funding requirements are met
- Maintain the management information system to confirm data matches in submission to ensure payment of income
- Undertake effective use of externally available tools, leading to management reports and recommendations
- Support analysis of funding body financial reports
- Produce accurate and timely performance reports
- Deal with external queries, providing effective customer service
- Support delivery partner access to management information system
- Treat confidential information correctly
- Ensure that correspondence from the organisation is of the required standard and tone
- Communicate effectively with team members and ensure that problems are highlighted and actioned immediately
- Maintain up to date knowledge of funding requirements
- Operate information technology effectively, including Word, Excel and Access

The Perfect Compliance Administrator will: *
- Be an experienced administrator with a keen eye for detail
- Be able to input high levels of data accurately
- Have the ability to operate information technology effectively, including Word, Excel and Access
- Be able to develop and implement effective administration, documentation, systems and processes
- Prioritise their workload, meet deadlines and pay close attention to detail, incorporating flexibility when required
- Take responsibility, use initiative and be proactive
- Possess excellent organisational skills
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills, to produce internal and external reports
- Possess excellent literacy and numeracy skills
