The Project Administrator role:

- Supporting the eDiscovery and Client Data team.
- Administrative support to project managers on eDiscovery projects.
- Adhering to and maintaining the operation processes of eDiscovery projects.
- Producing accurate and timely reporting to legal teams and end clients.
- Supporting and maintaining MI reporting.
- Management of centralised mailboxes and project closure.
- Dealing with financial matters: arranging and processing payments, dealing with billing and accounts queries, recording and updating financial information.
- Delivering high quality and timely output to internal and external clients.
- Working with the team towards an environment of constant improvement: enthusiastically sharing with and helping others; and taking responsibility for aspects of team development, such as process improvement, training and research etc.
- You must have good accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Competent MS Office suite, particularly Excel.
- An aptitude for using and adapting technology to optimise efficiency.
- Bright and engaged, with willingness to learn and use initiative.
- A highly effective communicator - both written and oral.
