Hideaway is a riverside restaurant that has 50 covers and an amazing terrace overlooking the River Thames. Our outdoor seating works on a first comes first served basis. We take reservations for all occasions, but we might need your table back two hours later (if that's ok), as we’re quite a small place. We have a small counter for walk-ins, so feel free to pop down if we’re fully booked. Every Friday we bring you Hideaway Sunsets (weather permitting) with DJ’s playing Balearic beats all evening. It's not quite Ibiza, but we are bringing you to Cafe Del Ditton

We are looking for a **Kitchen Porter** to undertake the following duties on a day-to-day basis:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Making sure the Chefs have clean equipment at hand
- Helping unload deliveries of ingredients
- Operating the dish machine
- Keeping the kitchen floors, fridges, ovens and work surfaces clean and hygienic
- Any other reasonable duties as requested by Management
- Washing and cleaning utensils and dishes
- Ensuring that cooking utensils are stored appropriately
- Disposal of rubbish
- To be aware of and adhere to all food safety policies and procedures.
- To comply with all Health and Safety regulations as governed by the Health and Safety at work Act 1974 (and any amendments).

- To follow strict health, safety and hygiene standards
- Available to work flexible rotating rotas

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.00-£11.00 per hour
