Our Operations team is looking for a Project Planner to support delivery of our client’s requirements. If you are interested in gaining wider project management experience as well as experience in pre-sales activity such as bid support, in a business that offers great variety and a diverse, supportive team, this could be the role for you.

**What you will be doing**:

- Establishing and maintaining effective project controls, using established project manage-ment tools.
- Producing and maintaining good project plans, schedules, and progress reports
- Implementing project plans as part of a team
- Working with cross-functional teams, including third parties and subcontractors
- Supporting the motivation and coordination of the project team
- Tracking the progress of work against schedule and ensuring good baseline management
- Generating and reporting project MI to stakeholders
- Supporting pre-sales and bid work.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Demonstrated project planning experience, ideally in large scale deployment.
- Strong communications skills, including experience in presenting to stakeholders or the desire to gain this experience.
- Demonstrated Project Management experience.
- Great teamwork skills
- Curiosity and the ability/willingness to learn new information quickly.

**It would be great if you had**:

- Current Project Management certification required for the role.
- Current Membership of an appropriate professional project management body
- Educated to Graduate Level or equivalent.
- Previous experience of working on large programmes
- Experience of working with the ADS business
