Servoca Nursing & Care are now seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant or Billing Branch Manager to work with our senior management team to establish a new Servoca Nursing and Care branch in Wolverhampton. We currently operate across a number of locationsaround the UK and we are building our branch network throughout new areas.

**The role**:

- Developing new nursing/care desks within the private care/social care market
- Providing nurses, support workers and healthcare assistants to care settings throughout your chosen regio
- Maximising business opportunities and promoting the range of services offered by the company
- Use of the entire Servoca Plc shared services infrastructure, across compliance, finance, HR and on-call.

**Initial results based targets**:

- Developing new independent customers through telephone and face to face sales activities
- Ensuring profitability through sales, marketing, recruitment and administration

**About you**:

- You will be experienced in all aspects of sales and preferably temporary recruitment
- You should enjoy business development, staff recruitment & resourcing, service & planning
- You will retain a hands-on sales approach, acting as a billing manager and leading by example
- Ability to combine professionalism and friendliness to meet the needs of clients and workers and deliver a quality service to both, whilst consistently meeting targets

**Essential skills**:

- Previous sales experience together with longevity in previous roles
- Proven success in achieving targets
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levels both in person and over the telephone
- Ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with clients, workers and colleagues
- Excellent administration and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload
- An excellent understanding of commissions, margins, PAYE calculations
- Good level of general education
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

**Desirable skills**:

- Proven ability to generate revenue and develop profitable business
- Demonstrable understanding and appreciation of compliance and legislative requirements in Nursing and Healthcare recruitment
- Strong understanding of the recruitment life cycle and best practice recruitment processes involved in supplying temporary staff
