As a Production Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our factory and the efficient output of our production team.

The role will be overseeing the different departments which include, fabric cutting, track cutting, packing and good in and out. It will also include liaising with the sewing supervisor to organise work flow.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead a team of production operatives, overseeing the day-to-day running and output of the factory.
- Ensure all deadlines are met and provide the team with necessary equipment and packaging, liaising with internal departments when necessary.
- Monitor and enforce all health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Motivate, manage, evaluate, and continuously improve the team and working environment.
- Provide coverage in production for holidays and absences.
- Communicate expectations to production team members and regularly evaluate their performance.
- Update production schedule order status.
- Organize goods in and goods out processes.
- Maintain a high level of housekeeping within the factory.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and the ability to enforce them.
- Strong communication and personal skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities
