We are looking for a reliable Business Support co-ordinator to work within our Hereford office.
Duties to include:
- Managing the company’s vehicle fleet
- Recruitment process
- Inductions of new starters
- Maintaining company’s training records and certification
- Securing continued ISO accreditations
- Processing H&S accreditations (safecontractor, CHAS)
- General day to day support to a busy office environment
- Maintaining personnel files
- Completing enhanced DBS checks as required
- Coordinating meetings and travel arrangements nationwide
- Occasional travel to attend meetings may be required
Essential
- Friendly and approachable
- High level of attention to detail and desire to get things right first time.
- Minimum 1 years’ experience of working in a fast-paced office environment
- Good inter-personal and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Interest and ability to fully engage in improvement of current systems
- Enjoys working as part of a team
- Confident working with MS Excel & Word
Desirable
- Previous experience of working with ISO
- Previous experience of Safecontractor & CHAS
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
