**Job Introduction**
Listers Group is currently recruiting for a Database Administrator to be based at our Head Office in Stratford-Upon-Avon. The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday between 8:30am and 5:00pm.
The role would ideally suit an individual with experience in an administrative role.
The role reports to the Database Supervisor.
**Role and Responsibilities**
- Improve the quality of key data relating to customer contact, adhering to all the Company’s legal obligations.
- Assess database on an ongoing basis looking for duplicates, errors, omissions.
- Use 3rd Party websites along with our dealer management system database to highlight and/or correct issues.
- Handling database queries from staff.
- Ensuring data remains consistent across our various databases.
- Running database reports and investigating issues with users.
- Work with members of the Systems Team to identify database training requirements and ensure that relevant training is put in place.
**About you**
- The successful applicant will be an excellent communicator, computer literate and have outstanding administrative skills with a key focus on attention to detail.
- Be highly organised and able to work on their own or as part of a team.
- Have an analytical mind-set and good problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage/prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
- A well-presented individual with a desire and attitude to succeed.
- Knowledge of MS Office and Windows is important.
