Every month, Craft Gin Club delivers boxes to tens of thousands of excited members across the UK. Each Gin of the Month box contains a full-size bottle of rare or exclusive craft gin and perfectly paired artisan snacks, mixers, tonics and garnishes. What’s more, our members also receive a fabulous glossy magazine packed full of distiller interviews, stories, original cocktail recipes, competitions, plus lots of other amazing content.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Partnerships Assistant to join our dynamic, passionate Partnerships team. This role will focus primarily on snack partners for the monthly Gin of the Month boxes, plus new spirit boxes as we look to expand our offering.

As our Partnerships Assistant, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in delivering a first-class experience for our members by developing partnerships with the best artisanal and premium food brands. Selling our portfolio of platforms (in home sampling, content marketing, social media and video platforms, consumer insight research) to these food companies will ensure marketing revenue contribution meaning that the best Craft Gin Club experience is delivered to members, within the allocated budget.

**Key Accountabilities**
- **Market mapping**: identifying target brands and products that fit with the Craft Gin Club audience profile and would benefit from our unique marketing campaigns
- **Prospecting**: pro-actively developing new accounts through contacting potential partners, identifying the correct contact and introducing our offering to them
- **Account management**: maintaining contact with partners post campaign, whilst learning about their future objectives and tailoring future campaigns to those objectives
- **Meeting KPIs**: ensuring that you exceed individual and team objectives agreed with the Head of Partnerships
- **Organization**: Managing deal flow and pipeline, weekly reporting on activities to Head of Partnerships, and keeping the CRM up to date
- **Internal relationships**: Working with the Client Success team and Logistics team to ensure smooth campaign execution for clients
