**Programme Support and Communications Officer for the HR & Payroll Transformation Programme**

**Salary from £31,029 to £35,635 pa inclusive with potential to progress to £38,283 pa inclusive of London allowance**

**This is a fixed term full time appointment for two years.**

The Business Improvement Unit (BIU) was set up to focus on delivering projects which support both transformational change and operational improvement requirements across the School. The approach is designed to streamline processes and systems, ultimately improving Academic Departments and Professional Services Divisions work, as well as to enhance the student experience.

LSE has recently embarked on an HR and Payroll Transformation Programme (HRPTP) which will redefine and the HR and Payroll operational service. The aim of the programme is to provide a strong HR and Payroll operations service that delivers an outstanding employee lifecycle experience to its users and is adaptable, secure and accessible by design.

We currently have an opportunity for a Programme Change and Communications Officer to join the HR and Payroll Transformation Programme delivery team. As a key member of the HRPT Programme delivery team, you will work closely with the dedicated Programme team, the Communications Division, and colleagues in HR and Finance to facilitate and manage the implementation of the Programme across the School.

To be successful in this role you must:

- Be a self-motivated and proactive member of staff with demonstrable experience of keeping work on track through good coordination and by motivating others
- Have demonstrable ability to work accurately and pay attention to detail
- Be able to take responsibility for the planning and smooth running of day-to-day activities as agreed in the planned project timeline, effectively coordinating time and resources.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to relate to people at all levels.
