Here in **GXO Warrington** (WA1), we’re working together with **Iceland Foods** and on the look-out for a **Transport Administrator** to join our fast-paced transport office. You’ll be working on a **full-time,** **permanent **basis, on a **‘4 on 4 off’** pattern, covering the hours of **06:00-18:00**.

**What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Build and maintain a strong partnership with the transport functions and drivers to ensure regular communication is delivered
- Record details of vehicle accidents and ensure these are escalated to line management
- Drivers brief and de-briefing as well as data entry of statistics, customer reports and KPI’S
- Respond to customer queries in timely and professional manner

**What you need to succeed at GXO**:

- Previous experience in transport environment essential
- Knowledge of transport legislation and European Working Time Directive as well as Tachomaster
- Working with Food Safety standard experience preferred but not essential
- IT Literate, with excellent Word and Excel capabilities
