This is an opportunity for a
**Production Team Leader** to join a thriving, successful and growing business and take the production to the next level.
As the Team Leader you will be providing team leadership across your specialist department, developing and maintaining a positive working environment whilst controlling materials, production targets and workloads and specifications.

**What we need from you?**
- Management of all production, labour and targets within the department.
- Supervising, motivating and development of production team, including ongoing performance reviews to support career goals.
- Similar experience within a manufacturing/production environment including team leadership.
- Strong awareness of Health and Safety, IOSH and Lean Principles.
- You will be proactive, tenacious and comfortable juggling multiple tasks.
