Sales Estimator

**Job Title - Sales Estimator**

Due to the company’s expansion plans, we are now looking for a full-time experienced Sales Estimator, with an outgoing personality to join our busy Sales and Estimating Team.

**We would like to hear from individuals who**:

- Have an outgoing personality.
- Enjoy speaking to customers on the phone to ensure that we fully understand their requirements and are able to meet them before producing a quotation.
- Have a background in managing high volume of quotes accurately and within agreed timelines.
- Demonstrate resilience and flexibility, as well as strong work ethic and great organisation and prioritisation skills.

Working with the Sales Director you will get involved in all aspects of sales and estimating, including:

- Offering advice and guidance to customers to ensure they receive excellent customer service.
- Providing quality and timely estimating service to our customers based on their needs and budget.
- Analyse drawings, specifications and other documentation to prepare estimates.
- Maintaining regular communication with customers and partners.
- Phone follow ups to convert quotations to orders.
- Achieving team sales targets and business objectives.
- Maintaining accurate records within our sales and estimating CRM system and other business systems.
- Training and support will be given where required.
- You will receive annual reviews.

**Requirements**:

- Experience and understanding of the roof glazing industry preferable but not essential.
- Possess exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in sales and estimating.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Organised and proactive.
- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed.
- MS Office and Powerpoint intermediate level.
- Presentation Skills.

- Friday 8.30 to 4pm

£30,000.00 - £35,000.00 per year
