**Project Support Administrator - Bournemouth - 3 months contract - hybrid - PAYE**
We are seeking a Project Support Administrator to join JP Morgan in Bournemouth on an initial 3 months contract. You will be supporting the Project Manager with a number of administrative duties and should have excellent time keeping skills, good MS Excel and PowerPoint skills and be a great communicator.
**Job description**:
In recent months we have seen an increased level of regulatory focus globally on operational resilience, with regulators challenging organisations to enhance their resiliency frameworks.
To that end, we have a book of work to uplift certain elements of resiliency planning and we require a Project Support Administrator to perform the following
- Support the Project manager with multiple streams of work
- Ensure stakeholders are meeting defined deadlines and report on any issues
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Business’, Operations and Firmwide partners.
**Skills Required / To Be Developed**:
- Experience of project support administration
- Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
- Strong communication, presentation (both oral and written) & influencing skills
- Strong partnership record and ability to build effective business relationships
- Ability to troubleshoot
- Ability to support & adapt within a changing environment
- Strong attention to detail and must be able to demonstrate outstanding delivery track record
- Good Excel and PowerPoint skills
**Experience Required**:
- Experience in a regulatory, compliance or operational team is desirable.
- Attested track record of working to deadlines
**Please note that this role will be working on a hybrid model of 3 days in the office and 2 days work from home. When working from home you'll require you own PC/Laptop.**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 3 months
**Salary**: £150.00-£200.00 per day
