- I am delighted to be retained by one of the most successful Irish Accountancy firms, who are seeking to hire a Payroll specialist to join their wider Payroll offering to clients, in particular they’d like to speak with people that are coming with Bright Pay Payroll Software experience and IPASS certified. This position will be a critical hire for the firm, based in Dundalk who have increasing demand for Payroll services with their clients.

- The Role:

- Preparation of weekly, fortnightly and monthly payroll using Brightpay Software
- Review of timesheets for uploading to the payroll software
- Calculation of holiday pay and stat payments such as sick pay, maternity/paternity pay
- Maintain appropriate pension contributions and uploading reports to providers
- Ensure Payroll is accurately processed and maintained by their deadlines
- Processing submissions to Revenue to include management of payments
- Report directly to the Payroll Manager
- The Person:

- IPASS certified or already on the course to gain certification
- 2yrs minimum experience in a Payroll Position
- Good knowledge of SAGE/Brightpay
- Good interpersonal and communication skills-this role will be dealing with client queries
- Strong Technical knowledge
- Ability to handle a high volume of work, demonstrating excellent administration skills and attention to detail.
- Aptitude for building relationships, influencing upwards and laterally, taking ownership of tasks, and keeping colleagues informed of progress.
- Pro-Active approach to tasks and helping cross-functionally
