**Sales Executive - Portsmouth, Hampshire**

Due to significant growth, our central team in **Portsmouth** has an exciting opportunity for a S**ales Executive** to join our expanding team, reporting to the Sales and Marketing Executive. A significant element to this role willbe outbound target driven sales that will require you to cold call existing, lapsed and prospect clients within the relevant sectors.

**Key responsibilities of the role will include**:

- execute the outbound telemarketing campaigns
- appointment setting for conference calls for Partners and Managers
- maintenance of prospect data
- generate new business leads
- manage opportunity pipelines
- general administration duties where required

We are looking for dynamic individuals with a positive 'can do’ attitude. As a minimum you will have GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English (Grades A-C). You’ll have a minimum of 1 years’ telesales experience and the following skills and experience:

- excellent understanding of telephone sales techniques, in particular overcoming objectives and closing the same
- good understanding of how excellent customer service is delivered
- comprehensive knowledge of our market and competition
- charismatic and passionate and able to engage well with contacts
- adapts well to an ever changing landscape, demonstrates resilience, flexibility and energy
- commercially minded with a focus on the business aims
- highly organised and confident in approach
- excellent IT skills, including a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- willingness to work as an integral part of a busy team

- competitive salary of £20,000 per annum (£35-40,000 OTE)
