You will excel at creating and closing new opportunities in the automotive, real estate, and recruitment industries. By using a consultative approach to selling, you will use your skills and training to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunitieswith new customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Successfully create new business from new customers
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
- Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers

**Qualifications**:

- Experience working in sales
- Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
- Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

**Your package includes**:

- Uncapped commission (OTE of £30,000 - £35,000
- Basic salary: £22,500 - £26,750
- Quarterly bonus scheme (double commission every quarter)
