**Ideal Location**:Thame, United Kingdom, OX9

Sitting within the consolidated Client Operations team, this role is responsible for delivering a seamless planned and organised operational service to our clients, predominantly working on our Mars account.

This role has day to day operational responsibilities for the administration of the account alongside involvement in projects and process improvement to ensure operational excellence across the account. You will work with the Operations Manager and the Senior Account Manager to ensure we have the best-in-class ways of working and process is at the heart of everything we do.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Reporting into the Operations Manager, you will use your knowledge and experience to create and feedback on briefs and field activities.
- Work at client head office monthly (days to be agreed) and become embedded into the client operational ways of working, participating in projects and using excellent operational skills to suggest and implement ways of working.
- Work with the client leads and recommend ways to resolve queries and brief the field team.
- Own mobile Touch (the client reporting system) using experience to troubleshoot, identify themes and work with client internal teams to put forward recommendations and resolve.
- Having a curious mind and an appreciation of data accuracy is essential.
- Working with third parties to ensure that account equipment is purchased/distributed, and asset management is completed in support of service delivery, as well as trouble shooting and problem resolution.
- Create ‘view from the shop floor’ report, taking ownership for the content, creation and distribution. Work with various teams across the business on day-to-day trouble shooting and problem resolution.
- Review and document current working practices and procedures/ systems. Producing recommendations which would demonstrate a real cost/service improvement.
- Attend and actively participate in weekly client meetings, using knowledge to inform and update on progress against projects.
- Work with the client on their Digital App launch, helping to train and embed in the field team feeding back on issues with recommendations.
- All other operational support activities
