**Senior Sales Executive (Hybrid)**
Our client, a rapidly expanding and ambitious company in the e-commerce and FMCG space, has an exciting opportunity to join their team as a Senior Sales Executive.
In this role, you will join a team and work with some of the biggest brands, generating and dealing with incoming sales. The role is hybrid, with one day working in their office in Thame and 4 days working from home apart from the initial 2 weeks which willbe completely office based.
The role will include £45k basic salary, with an extra £45k in bonuses (£90k OTE) alongside a benefits package. **The Role**
- Generating new business opportunities with prospective clients
- Taking ownership of the full sales cycle, from generating leads, demonstrating the product, negotiation and closing (including cold calls)
- Managing campaigns with prospective clients
- Building a pipeline to deliver against KPI's
- Attending events in the UK and abroad to network
- Ideally 5-6 years' experience in a sales role (E-commerce and FMCG knowledge is highly desirable)
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Excellent sales/pitching skills built on retention and repeated business
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Ability and happy to work towards KPI's
- CRM knowledge
- Driving Licence is essential**The Benefits**
Flexible working is on offer, with one day working in their office in Thame and 4 days working from home apart from the initial 2 weeks which will be completely office based which includes training with the Director.
