Account Handler needed
- Our client is a dynamic Mailing and Fulfilment service, their state-of-the-art equipment and large delivery network allows them to offer agile solutions. Low costs and fast turnarounds are the key to this companies’ growing success.

**Account Handler - Position Overview**
- Support sales staff with main clients and obtaining quotes for customers.
- Directly responsible for the day to day queries & requests from Major clients.
- Processing orders through the company stock management systems, and ensuring job are sent down in a timely manner if daily cut off times are set.
- Dealing and contacting existing clients with queries and company information
- Dealing with customer queries daily and supplying quotations to customers based on the company set margins.
- Ensuring clients requests are carried out using internal operations paperwork. Clients reports to be completed as and when requested with all the correct information.
- Booking Agents for collections and deliveries of goods as and when required
- Ensure any supplier queries relating to our customers shipments are dealt with.
- To investigate & assist the sales team in bringing on new potential clients.

- Being flexible within the department
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to solve problems promptly and effectively using initiative
- Ability to prioritise workload under pressure
- Able to deal with demanding customers in a professional manner.

**Account Handler - Position Remuneration**
- Monday - Friday (9:30-18:00)
- Salary £24,000 to £26,000
- Company Pension
- Parking on site
