- Prepare and bake a variety of bakery products, cakes, cookies and biscuits
- Follow recipes and ensure the quality and consistency of baked goods
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes or personal judgment
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers
- Monitor baking process to ensure products are baked to perfection
- Decorate and present baked goods in an appealing manner
- Clean and maintain baking equipment, utensils, and work area, Operate dishwasher.
- Previous experience as a baker or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Strong culinary skills with the ability to cook and bake a variety of items
- Familiarity with different types of flours, sugars, and other baking ingredients
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and adapt them as needed
- Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Please note this is a Christmas temp job, and not for the faint hearted.

**Job Type**: Temporary contract

**Salary**: £10.50-£11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
