Clinical Trials Coordinator

The Cardiovascular Research Unit runs an exciting programme of cardiovascular clinical studies and aims to deliver research that has an international impact. These posts will include all aspects of managing cardiovascular clinical trials including patient recruitment.
You will be expected to have experience in either clinical trial management or clinical cardiology and will require associated skills for delivery of complex clinical studies. Excellent IT and communication skills are also required. The post will involve handling of blood samples and training in relevant clinical skills. Ability to work accurately under pressure whilst maintaining sensitivity towards patients and their relatives is essential.
The post is based within a multidisciplinary team. The posts is fixed term and full time for 1 year.
